Others choose a number based on how many people are in their family, and sometimes, there is no rhyme or reason behind why someone says a particular number is their favorite. And maybe you’ve looked at the clock the same time every day, or you keep seeing the same number at random places in your travels. These incidences may be coincidences, or the power of suggestion.
But either way, the numbers that are prominent in your life could have special significance.
Numerology is the belief that there exists a significant spiritual, mental or emotional connection or correlation between numbers and the events that take place in our lives. Sure, it might be all too easy to write off these connections as nothing more than coincidental, numerology takes a different stance, giving those connections great value and meaning.
Of course, the power of suggestion might have a role, too. For example, if you start to consider buying a green truck, you will notice an influx of green trucks everywhere. Magic? No…power of suggestion. But even if the power of suggestion comes into play with numbers you see everywhere, that doesn’t mean those numbers don’t have a special significance in your life. Your subconscious might be trying to tell you something!
