Italian Sauteed Spinach
Yield 5-6 servings (as a side)
Ingredients
1 tsp. oil
1 clove garlic, diced
½ tsp. red pepper flakes, or more to taste
10 cups baby spinach
pink salt, to taste
Instructions
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the oil, then garlic and red pepper flakes. Let cook for a minute before adding the spinach. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes, until wilted.
